I called Unite Legal Services when I knew I needed help because of my accident

Unite member, Nathan, was knocked from his bike as he went through a set of traffic lights by a motorist turning into his path. 

As a result of the accident, he sustained a broken right tibia, a fractured ankle and knee, as well as further injuries to his legs. 

Nathan had surgery in hospital and rehabilitation treatment as a result of the injuries he sustained. He was unable to work for some time after the incident. 

Nathan contacted Unite Legal Services to investigate a claim for compensation on his behalf. After funding a medical report outlining the extent of his injuries, an offer was made to Nathan, which he chose to decline. A further offer of £120,000 was negotiated on Nathan’s behalf, which he accepted. 

As a Unite member, he retained 100% of his compensation. 

Nathan said:
